Qspeed Semiconductor is an early-stage semiconductor company focused exclusively on developing, manufacturing and marketing high quality, super-efficient power semiconductors. We are headquartered in Santa Clara, California and have offices in Taipei, Taiwan.

At Qspeed we are creating and enabling the adoption of a new generation of super-efficient power semiconductor devices by helping engineers to meet the market's ever-increasing requirements for efficiency and space savings as cost-effectively as possible.

If the world were to implement Qspeed's entire roadmap of super efficient power semiconductors, it would reduce worldwide energy consumption by over 300 Billion kWH per year. At current energy prices, that's $30 Billion annually -- a savings each year of several times the cost of our devices.

The products we develop employ proprietary technologies we have developed with our manufacturing partners. We are focused exclusively on non-commodity, value-adding power semiconductor components.
