With an average experience of over 22 years each, encompassing the range from research through design through manufacturing and reliability through marketing and sales and financial management, the team understands the realities of the power semiconductor market, and is ready to drive that market into a more efficient new realm.

Syrus Ziai - CEO |
Prior to joining Qspeed, Syrus was an
Executive-In-Residence at Tallwood Venture Capital, a
leading venture capital firm focused on the semiconductor
industry. He has held a variety of technical and
management positions in various semiconductor companies
including HP, Archway Digital Systems, and Collinear Corporation.
Syrus holds a B.S.E.E. from Rice University and an M.S.E.E.
from Stanford University. |

Dr. Richard Francis - CTO and VP of Engineering |
One of the top power device designers in the world, Richard has over 30 years of power semiconductor device development experience. Prior to Qspeed he worked at International Rectifier for 20 years in the area of high voltage device development where he worked extensively on IGBTs, MOSFETs and Diodes. |

Ainslie Mayberry - CFO |
| Ainslie Mayberry has over two decades of financial experience, most recently providing strategic financial and investment services to pre- and post-IPO companies across a broad range of industries, including networking, semiconductor, software and ecommerce.
Prior to establishing a consulting practice, Ms. Mayberry was a co-founder of AssureNet Pathways Inc., a network access security solution provider, in Mountain View , California . While with AssureNet, she held many executive positions including acting president and CEO, chief operating officer, chief financial officer and was a member of the board of directors. Ainslie holds a BS and MBA in Finance. |

Mary C. Chu – VP of Operations |

Mary Chu has 28 years of management experience in Engineering, Wafer Fabrication, Manufacturing operations and Quality Assurance and Reliability with companies such as Raytheon, TRW, Hughes Aircraft and Texas Instruments. Prior to joining Qspeed, Mary Chu was with Fairchild Semiconductor, where she was responsible for foundry and subcontractor management, product engineering, quality and reliability, and project management for new product development.

Dave Gutierrez - Director, Manufacturing Engineering |
| Gutierrez is responsible for developing world-class packaging and production capabilities for Qspeed's products. He brings over 25 years experience leading successful product engineering teams for Motorola Semiconductor (now ON Semi), International Rectifier, and Fairchild. His expertise encompasses the range from high-value mil/aero packaging to super-high-volume commodity plastic packaging lines. He has introduced and managed literally hundreds of power MOSFET and ultrafast diode devices to the market. |
